ABOUT
My name is Jeremy Rubin, and I develop stories, real estate, and people. My purpose is simple. I heal people through the power of story.
I grew up in the Hilltop area of Tacoma, Washington, at a time when it was filled with gang violence, drug activity, and poverty.
But my mom believed something different for us.
She would walk me and my brother to the north end of Tacoma and point out the biggest houses she could find. She told us that one day, we would have them if we went to college.
That belief changed everything.
Along the way, I was invited to the White House as a finalist for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Youth of the Year competition. I received Tacoma’s prestigious City of Destiny Award, and May 9th was named Jeremy Rubin Day in Pierce County. I was also featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
I went on to become the first in my family to graduate from the University of Washington with a double major in Communication and Social Sciences.
I have spent my career leading teams and organizations, but at the core of everything I have done is story.
Through my first culture consulting company, FACE Consulting, I have spoken around the region and the country, working with organizations such as Bank of America, Inatai Foundation, Ticor Title, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound.
No matter the room, the work has always started and ended with the same thing.
Helping people understand and communicate their story.
